Online Booking<\/b><\/a>\u00a0for Individuals up to 8 persons:<\/b><\/h3>\n

A booking is only possible on our website by assigning a valid credit card. The credit card is necessary to secure the booking. If you do not hold a credit card yourself, please ask a friend or relative to help you out. As long as you have reserved in advance it is no problem to check in after midnight.<\/p>\n

BOOKING GUARANTEE:<\/b><\/h3>\n

Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival. If the credit card has expired or is not valid, the hotel is authirized to cancel the reservation. A pre-authorisation is only a security guarantee for payment and arrival.<\/p>\n

The guest, after conclusion of contract, has the right to the number and price of the rooms, however not the right of the allocation of certain beds in certain rooms.<\/p>\n

Reservation of a private room: <\/b><\/h3>\n

If you don’t want to have other people in your room, please make a booking for all free beds in the room and write into the field, First names and last names of all other guests: „private room + I accept that all beds in the room have to be paid”.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy: <\/b><\/h3>\n

If you want to cancel your booking free of charge, please email us up to 1 week before arrival till 8:00 a.m. In case of no-show the total cost of your stay will be charged on your credit card.<\/p>\n

Age restriction dormitory rooms<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Since we are a youth hostel, we kindly ask for your understanding that we need to pay attention to an adequate range of age on our dormitory rooms.
\nHence we ask guests above the age of 40 to please book private rooms (single, double or private dormitory). Otherwise, we will have to point out this regulation to you upon check-in and (if available, on up-charge) re-book you into a private room.<\/p>\n

Please notice for Sylvester:<\/b><\/h3>\n

Special conditions during New Year\u2019s Eve (<\/u><\/strong>27.12.2026-02.01.2027<\/u><\/strong>)<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

(on 31.12.2026 no Check- In and no Check- Out):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Minimum stay: 3 nights.<\/p>\n

Free cancellations are possible untill 12.12.2026. In case of No Show we will charge 100 % of the total reservation amount<\/p>\n

We ask for full prepayment, either per bank transfer or credit card till 12.12.2026.<\/p>\n

Bookings made after 12.12.2026 need to be paid in full at the date of booking.<\/p>\n

Bookings made from the 12th of December: Property will charge the outstanding amount from the used credit card immediately after the booking has been made. Cancellations after 12.12.2026 are not possible and payments are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

For your security the entire building is equipped with smoke detectors:<\/p>\n
